Columbus, Ohio – The authorities say Ohio's mother is called police after her son and another teenager were identified in surveillance photos taken during an alleged robbery.
Police say camera security shots from the Columbus house captured teenagers who took over $ 6,000 worth of musical instruments, iPad, Zippox and other electronics on Sept. 27.
Authorities posted footage on social media last week asking for help in identifying teenagers.
Columbus police said in a mail on Facebook on Thursday that one of the suspects' mothers called their names.
Police say the charges are pending, and thank the mother for doing the right thing.
